Established in 1993, Shanghai Tianhong Knitting Hat Co., Ltd. covers an area of 17,000 square meters, with construction area of 15,000 square meters. Currently our company has over 180 factory staff members including 20 designers and 10 engineers. Our company specializes in the manufacture of knitted hats, knitted scarves, and knitted gloves, etc.

There are four goals which we believe will help us to compete in the market:

---Quality: We make sure the product quality by having QC staff and using machinery instead of manual work if possible to ensure the product quality is consistent.

---Innovation: We constantly develop advanced technology, renew production facility, and upgrade our current machinery which enables us to develop new product designs. Until now, our company, with high-tech machines, such as computerized flat knitting machines, cylinder machines, warp-knitted machines, together with management system, aims to further develop with the help of all employees.

---Learning: To be more successful in the future, our management leads company to be a learning organization. We actively train existing and new employees to better utilize the technology, set up scientific management system, and provide them with help and support. Management creates more opportunities to visit other companies within the same industry which helps our company to learn from each other.
